CP523 Response Kit ($29, one-time)

14-day money-back guarantee: if the Kit does not help you, email support@your-domain.com (Edit before launch) within 14 days of purchase from your account email and we will refund the purchase in full. The free tier exists precisely so you can see the product quality before paying — the guarantee covers the gap where the Kit turned out not to fit your case.

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. If a refund is issued after the Kit was used to create a case, we may close that case; the letters you already downloaded remain yours.

IA Guard ($9/month subscription)

• Cancel any time from the customer portal (or email us). Cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
• The current month is not pro-rated — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 7 days of the first charge if you write to us before using subscription-only features (reminder creation across multiple cases).

What is not refundable

• Requests made more than 14 days (Kit) / 7 days (first Guard month) after the charge.
• Outcome dissatisfaction that the product explicitly does not promise (e.g., the IRS declined a reinstatement or an abatement request — no tool can guarantee those decisions).

How to request a refund

Email support@your-domain.com (Edit before launch) from your account email with the case reference (e.g., CP5-XXXXXX) and the Stripe receipt. We respond within 3 business days. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account closure.
